He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Hanson and Mayme Hanson (Ingwell); his wife Jean; his siblings, Darlene Hanson and Bruce Hanson; his parents-in-law, George Clark and Mabel Clark (Schwitz); his siblings-in-law, Donald Dammen, Walter Douglas and Barb Hanson; and his nephew David Dammen.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Hanson of Sturtevant, WI, Brian Hanson (Dawn Wunschel) of Juda, Brenda Kallas of Portage and Kevin Hanson (Jenny Flick) of Sun Prairie; his grandchildren, Tyler Hanson (Katie), Alyssa Cessna (Kyle), Ryan Helmeid, Chance Helmeid, Serena Heinemann (Kelton), Miles Hanson, Jeanna Miller and Jaylee Miller; his great grandchildren, Annalise Cessna, Ellis Cessna and Rylee Hanson; his siblings, Dorothy Dammen and Jim Hanson (Rita); and his sisters-in-law, Cathy Hanson and Donna Douglas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
