He was predeceased by: his brother Jim; and his niece Colleen. He is survived by: his brothers, Jerry (Mavourneen), Mike (Kathy) and Pat (Laureen). He is also survived by six nieces and nephews and four grandnieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Tom's name for St. Victor School.
