He is survived by: his wife Mary Fairbanks (Richards); his mother Carol Blumenthal (Tripp); his children, Becky Parish (John), Nicole Davidson (Thomas), Ariel Bishop, Brooke Castro and Nathan Bishop; his stepchildren, Carry Schnell (Tonya Bell), Monica Schnell, Marigo Mathews and Dustin (Kitty); his great grandchild Grant Gauger; and his siblings, Peggy Yound (Anthony), Charles Bishop, Shari Hirsch and Becky Chitwood (Jerry).
