With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen Edith Scott of Montello, Wisconsin, born in Madison, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 15, 2026 at the age of 61. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Peterson and Shirley Peterson (Larson); and her nephew Casey Alley. She is survived by: her husband Ken Scott of Montello; her son John Yager (Hannah) of Janesville; her stepchildren, Shaun Scott, Lindsay Pansier of Waupun, Todd Scott of Barlow, Moranda Gamberini (Jason) of Bowling Green, Tori Scott and Graham Puckett of Barlow; her pets, Bailey, Callie and Sadie; and her siblings, Sandy Rick (Chuck Wirth) of Madison, Cindy Butler of Montello, Rhonda Alley (John) of Madison and Kevin Peterson (Shirley) of Madison. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members.
