He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Conrad and Ellna Conrad (Brunke); and his brother-in-law Paul Schoemer. He is survived by: his son Christopher Shepherd (Shannon); his grandchildren, Jasmine and Kai; his sisters, Ann Conrad-Schoemer and Diane Stanich (Peter); and his cousin Kay Daley (Tim).
