Bernadine C. Cook Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernadine C. Cook (Montfort, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 15, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Straka and Julia Straka (Winters); her husband Roscoe Cook; her daughter Patricia (Gerald "Jerry" Berg); her brothers, Bernard, Leo and Robert "Bob" Straka; and her siblings-in-law, LeRoy Ausse, Tom Palzkill, Gene Brennan, Tom Dolan, Helen and Yvonne Straka.

She is survived by : her children, Greg Cook (Beth) of Avoca, Linda Lorenz (Al) of Madison, Rita Rice (John) of Cottage Grove, Brenda Williams (Rich) of Rewey and Gerard Cook of Montfort; and her sisters, Dorothy Ausse of Kenosha, Betty Dolan of Dodgeville, Delores Brennan of Dodgeville and Beatrice Palzkill of Mineral Point. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
