She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis Prochaska and Mary Prochaska (Lepeska); her sons, Jeffrey and Patrick; her grandson Austin Cook; her siblings, Hubbert, Leo, Rose, Irene and Coletta; and her close friend Rose Glasson.
She is survived by : her husband Paul N. Dailey; her daughters, Pamela Droessler (Ted), Janet Godard (Pascal), Julie White, Paula Garlow (Mark), Donna Bartle (Brian) and Kristie Dailey; and her brother Ronald Prochaska.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Fennimore Library or a Nursing Home of your choice.
