She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Burton; her stepson Carl Towsley; and her brother-in-law Bart Baker. She is survived by: her mother Charlotte Burton (Pierce); her husband Rick Towsley; her children, Kyle Riley (Crystal) and Kristen Kruse (Cameron); her stepson Richard D. Towsley; and her siblings, Cindy Baker, Jeff Burton (Toni), Greg Burton (Teresa) and Rodney Burton (Heather). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
In lieu of plants and flowers, donation in Brenda's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
