She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Falkowski and Elsie Falkowski (Kleman); her daughter Charmaine Staszak (Mark); her grandson Dustin Charneski; and her siblings, Charles Falkowski Jr., Mary Walkowski (Clarence) and Betty Blicki (Donald).
She is survived by: her children, Cheri Mondroski (Mark), Carla Hester (Barry), Junice Hauer (Patrick), Janet Detert and Walter Grulkowski, Jr. (Lisa); her grandchildren, Phillip Blarek, Nichole Kearns (Josh), Amanda Mondroski, Erik Mondroski (Jenni), Jon Mondroski, Kelle Staszak, Micaela Ackley (Ian), Scott Ladwig, Aaron Detert, Matthew Wix, Jacob Wix and Shane Deland; her great grandchildren, Lillian Blarek (Mark Tillman), Khloie Cherek (Jamison Seibert), Calli Saputo, Loki Barrett, James Mondroski and Marley Kearns; and her sister Irma Walkowski (Richard).
