She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Robert, Mary Ann Kmetz, Stanley, Katherine Augustine and Joyce Duberstein.
She is survived by: her parents, Dustin Dulak and Stephanie Dulak (Augustine); her siblings, Stetson and Riley; her grandparents, John, Jennifer Augustine, Deb Kmetz, Tim and Jodi Dulak; her aunts, Brittany McHugh (Cody) and Jaycie Nielsen (Josh); her uncle Tyler Augustine (Henna Sanders); and her nephew Mack.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Aspirus Wausau Hospital Health Foundation in memory of Lainey.
