He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Fochs and Marion Fochs (Pestka); and his siblings, Irene Ignasiak, Helen Wiczbicki, Carl Fochs, Christine Tetkowski and Emil Fochs.
He is survived by: his children, Elaine-Ellie Fochs (Jerry Brown), Robert Fochs (Sara), Lorie Brenton (Steve) of Clarksville, TN, Richard Fochs, Brian Fochs and Norbert Fochs (Cheri) of Burkesville, KY; and his siblings, Betty Ignasiak, Rose Marie Ryskiewicz and Donald Fochs (Arlene). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
