He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Sr. "DeWayne" Dutcher and Muriel Dutcher (Kuntz); his siblings, Sandra Schwalbe, James Dutcher and Charles Dutcher; his siblings-in-law, Annette Dutcher, Phil Simpson and Greg "Rocky" Kluth; and his parents-in-law, Aloysius, Catherine Klar, Emma, Elizabeth and Nathaniel.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Klar; his children, Franklin Dutcher III, Timothy Dutcher, Michael Dutcher, Benjamin Dutcher and Mary Knapp (Chris); his grandson Joseph Knapp; his siblings, John Dutcher, Steven Dutcher (Gina), Kathleen Fischbach (Dan) and Brian Dutcher; and his siblings-in-law, Karl Klar, Eugene Klar (Marie), Marita Simpson, Kathleen Kluth, Tye Schwalbe and Gloria Dutcher. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 7:00 AM and from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Our Lady of Holyland Parish - Holy Cross (308 County Rd W, Mt Calvary, WI 53057). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Holyland Parish-Holy Cross (308 County Rd W, Mt Calvary, WI 53057).
