He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman George and Margaret Bertha Summ (Demlow); his in-laws, Walter and Pauline Climer (O'Daniel); his sister Gertrude Washatko (Gene); his siblings-in-law, Dewain Washatko and Virginia Summ; and his daughter-in-law Kathy Summ.
He is survived by: his wife Joann (Climer) of Peter's Church Lutheran Church; his children, Paula Watters (Doyle) of Mount Horeb, Wis, Brian (Penny) of Antigo, Darrell (Shauna) of Aurora, Colo and Diane Herriman Aurora; and his siblings, Martin Summ and Renata Washatko. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
