Eugene L. Schneeberger Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eugene L. Schneeberger of Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 22, 2026 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Schneeberger (Blumer) and William Schneeberger; his son Geno Jr.; his parents-in-law, Henry and Delores Hilleque; his siblings, Fred, Warren Schneeberger and Eileen Althaus; his nephew Rick Althaus; his great-niece Crystal Beer; and his siblings-in-law, Mick Naber and LaVonne Schneeberger.

He is survived by: his wife Romaine of Mount Horeb; his daughter Nichole Schneeberger (Jason) of Mount Horeb; his siblings, Bob Schneeberger (Kathy) of Raymore, Joan Flood (Bill) of Albany, Roger Schneeberger of Oregon, Wis and Kathy Naber of Versailles; his brother-in-law Walt Althaus of Albany; his stepgranddaughters, Alyson Nelms (Jameson) and Kirsten Swanke (Ryan); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kane, Gwen, Henry and Jack; and his pet Bell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made in Geno's memory to the American Legion Post 144 or the Albany Lions Club.
