He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Frame and Lillian Frame (Shields); his brother-in-law Bob Gilbertson; and his in-laws, Jim and Violet Gilbertson.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Frame (Gilbertson); his children, Nicole Schmidt (Bryan), Kelsey Huston (Greg), Theresa Hefty (Randy), Tracey Frame and Tammy Gilson (Dennis); and his brother Robert "Bob" Frame (Doris). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Perry Lutheran Church (1057 WI-78 Trunk, Mt Horeb, WI 53572).
