He is survived by: his friend Nona Moore; his significant other Nona; his children, Kate Compton (Steve Rackow), Jay Erfurth (Diana), Rob Erfurth (Lori) and May McKinney; his goddaughter Julie Tyler; his sister Geraldine Trainor; and his brother-in-law Richard Moore (Karen). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren: 13 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, along with his countless friends.
