He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald J. Ford and Barbara Ferwerda. He is survived by: his brothers, Dave Ferwerda (Judy) and Jim Ferwerda (Beth); his nieces, Jessica Martin (Stirling), Amanda Ferwerda (Demi) and Jennifer Ferwerda; and his nephew Michael Ferwerda (Molly). He is also survived by nine grand-nieces and grand-nephews; and countless friends.
