He is survived by: his wife Sandra May Swenson; his children, Sheryl Kalscheur (Kym), Kristi Cushman and Douglas Cushman; his grandchildren, Nick Esser (Nicole), Whitney Johnson (Brian), Kourtney Kalscheur (Rich Hunt), Kurt Kalscheur, Ashley Cushman (Brett Garst), Brandon Cushman (Alli) and Taylor Flora (Mitch); and his great grandchildren, Connor Esser, Sophie Esser, Madalynn Hunt, Cason Cushman, Jennings Cushman and Grady Garst.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be donated by the family to the Mount Horeb Fire Department, Agrace HospiceCare and Parkinson's Research, in memory of Ron Cushman.
