He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Armstrong and Eva Armstrong (Rosera); his wife Marguerite Mary "Muggs" LaViolette (Church) of Appleton, WI.; his parents-in-law, Dave and Marie LaViolette; his siblings, Beverly, Robert, John and Bill; and his siblings-in-law, Jo Ann LaViolette, Jack Brooks and David LaViolette.
He is survived by: his sons, Spencer Armstrong (Jessica), Scott Armstrong (Tanya), Stuart Armstrong (Renee Diana) and Michael Armstrong (Katie Marcks); his grandchildren, Hunter, Elizabeth, Mitchell, Anna, Jack, Miklyn, Camren, Quinn and Killian; his brother James Armstrong (Chis); and his sisters-in-law, Karen Armstrong (Bill), Helen Pfefferle (Bob), Sara Sirmon (Pat), Mary Pat Bass (Wayne), Ruth Hollahan (Greg), Renee Turbi (A. Omar) and Barbara LaViolette (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
