Bonnie L. Desmond Obituary

Of Vernon, was called home by her Lord and Savior on May 4, 2023 at the age of 76. Daughter of the late Alfred and Arbutus Eckhart. Bonnie was raised in Milwaukee/West Allis. She received her Bachelor's degree from Alverno College and her Master's degree in Finance from Edgewood College while she was working at Rhinelander Paper Co. Bonnie's financial career led her to be controller in many different companies.

Bonnie had a love for sports which included skiing, tennis, fencing and bowling. She was on the finance committee for 10 years at Brooklife Church and was a contributor to many projects at Brooklife Church. She was a gifted painter and creator of custom jewelry. Some of Bonnie's artwork still remains in the church.

Bonnie is survived by her loving and devoted husband Phil Desmond of 20 years, her sister Donna (Alex) Horvat, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends whom will greatly miss her. She was preceded in death by her brother Alfred Eckhart and her parents.
