He was predeceased by : his daughter Ellen Perry; his siblings, Clara Howard, Carl Perry, Thelma Strunk, Coy Perry, Evelyn Privett, Obb Perry, Norma Perry and Gerald Perry; and his parents, Ernest Perry and Martha Perry.
He is survived by : his wife Judith Perry; his children, Janet Perry, Jeffrey Perry (Jennifer) and Donna LaMothe; his grandchildren, Kyle Wagner, Katelyn Hinkens, Cameron Lucas, Jason Perry, Alex Perry, Kristin Ashburn, Brett Perry and Nicholas Haeselich; his great grandchildren, Franklin, Isaac, Logan, Reagan, Lydia and Jude; his sisters, Bonnie Edwards and Jeanette Jones; and his parents-in-law, Thomas and Jeanne Kuczynski.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Vernon Evangelical Lutheran Church in Mukwonago would be appreciated.
