He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren "Bud" Meyers and Dorothy Meyers of Genesee; his former wife Karen Meyers (Schmoller); his mother-in-law Jeanette Jensen; his daughter Monica Sue Meyers; and his pet Ben.
He is survived by: his wife Robyn Allen; his daughter Beth Zimmermann (Mark); his stepchildren, Kate Schreiber (David) and Nathan Allen (Tonya); his grandchildren, Matthew, Zachary Fifield, Payton, Jenna Allen, Eliana and Teagan Schreiber; his siblings, Sharon Key, Roberta Doll (Jim) and Larry Meyers (Joy); his pet Patrick; and his caregiver Lisa Ramos. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Dave's memory to the University of Wisconsin Alzheimer's Institute, Initiative to End Alzheimer's.
