He was predeceased by: his parents, Dexter Badinger and Erla Badinger (Rhoads). He is survived by: his wife Marlys Badinger; his daughter Cindy Winzenried (Gabe) of Mukwonago, WI; his sister-in-law Bonnie Sherman (Tom); and his cousin Janice Buth. He is also survived by niece, two nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Eagle United Methodist Church or the Wisconsin Lions Club Camp in Dexter's honor.
