Gregory L. Gondek Obituary

Gregory Leon Gondek (born 9 January 1950) passed on 20 July 2026. He battled congestive heart failure until his death at AngelsGrace hospice in Oconomowoc. Gregory is remembered by family, his many friends made in 28 years with the Milwaukee Police Department, and his comrades in the US Air Force. He is survived by his sons, Joel and James Gondek, his brother Gordon Gondek, and his longtime friend Julia Hardin.

Visitation and funeral services will be held at Schmidt and Bartelt Funeral Home in Mukwonago on 930 Main Street on Tuesday, July 28, with visitation beginning at 4PM until the time of the Service at 6PM.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to HAWS Animal Shelter, as he would have insisted.
