Jennie Lee Sanchez Obituary
Jennie L. Sanchez Of Mukwonago, was born into eternal life at Waukesha Memorial Hospital on December 19, 2023 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Felipe R. Sanchez for over 53 years; loving mother of Lucia (Dean) Janke, Suzi (Jim) Geske, and Sheila (Chad) Klawitter; loving grandma of Raquel (Nick), Miranda, Kyleigh, Tanner, Sulley, Kassie, and Grayden. She is further survived by her sister Carol A. Hanson (nee Schroeder). Preceded in death by her husband Felipe R. Sanchez, her sister Ruth E. Geilfuss (nee Schroeder) and parents George and Dorothy Schroeder.
Jennie grew up on the family farm taking care of the chickens and cows. She had a green thumb in taking care of her abundance of plants and flowers. She was very creative, loved painting and other crafts. Jennie has a great sense of humor and loving nature to all she met. She made friends wherever she went. Jennie enjoyed travelling over the years and enjoyed her monthly luncheons with her many friends from grade school. She was a very active member of Caldwell United Methodist Church. Jennie was baptized and wed in this church.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 28th at Caldwell United Methodist Church (8504 Caldwell Rd. Mukwonago) from 10:30 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Caldwell Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be directed to Caldwell United Methodist Church or Jennie's family.
