He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Rappis and Jeanette Rappis; his siblings, James D. Rappis, Georgia Catarozoli, Merry Strohm and Elaine Rappis; and his brother-in-law Gilbert Larson.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Rappis; his sons, James Rappis (Annie) and Ryan Rappis (Lynn); his grandchildren, Sydney, Reginald (Katherine), Lucy, Nolan, Camden, Emma and Claire; his sisters, Marlene Dudkiewicz (Jim) and Lauren Robinson; and his sister-in-law Sande Larson.
