Of Mukwonago/East Troy, passed away on October 8, 2023 at the age of 76. He is survived by his son Tom (Jaci) Fohr.

Siblings Charles Fohr, Mary Ray and Melody Patrie. He is further survived by many other relatives and friends. Tom was preceded by siblings Richard Fohr, Sandra Miller, Carol Messier, Elmer Fohr, Marcella Hasty, and Bob Fohr.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 18th at the Schmidt and Bartelt Funeral Home (930 Main St., Mukwonago) from 12 NOON until the time of the Service at 1:30 PM. Burial will follow at Oak Knoll Cemetery.
