With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn Louise Hackett of Muscoda, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 1, 2026 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ward and Mavis Ward; her husband Richard Hackett; and her siblings, Albert, Jimmy, Charlotte and Willie.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry L Roberts and Todd Hackett (Rayna); her grandchildren, Amber Bloedow (Cody), Devon Roberts, Hanna Brandt (Joe) and Autumn Hackett (Hunter Bagley); her great grandchildren, Skylee Bisbach, Charlotte Johnson, Raelyn Bloedow and Harlon Bagley; and her siblings, Annette, Penny, Eddie, Joanie, Dorothy, Ernie and Stanley Ward. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
