He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Delkamp (Komurka); his sister Marlene Palan; his niece Pam Rodgers; and his nephew Randy Palan. He is survived by: his siblings, Ken Delkamp (Dixie) of Muscoda and Suanne Gutknecht (Baxter) of Spring Green; and his brother-in-law Dick Palan of Muscoda.

The family requests memorials in David's name be directed to OLMBS (St. John's Catholic Church) or the Riverdale Education Foundation.
