She was predeceased by: her sister Jennifer Friess (Jim); and her parents, Warren Wolter and Johnann Wolter. She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her sons, Keith Sweeney, Kevin Sweeney (Lisa) and Colin Sweeney (Jaynie); her grandchildren, Conner, Carson, Jack, Julian, Jonah, Amanda, Kaitlyn and Brianna Sweeney; her sister Janis Pendleton (Tom); and her siblings-in-law, Duane Sweeney, Terry Sweeney (Lisa) and Judy Hildreth (Chris). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Jayne's memory to the Women's Health Research Program (WHRP) at the Medical College of Wisconsin or the American Heart Association.
