He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ristow and Hazel Ristow (LeBlank); his wife Cheryl J. Friedrich; and his sisters, Joan and Janice.
He is survived by: his sons, Danny (Sandy), Richard, Timothy (Jamie) and James; his grandchildren, Daniel (Kim), Tyler (Katie), Kyle, Heather, Gabriel, Seth and Hailey; his great grandchild Adriana; his sister Jeane; and his close friend Sharan Zelinski.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, memorials may be directed to St. Paul's Lutheran Grade School, Muskego, Wisconsin.
