She is survived by: her children, William J. Thompson Jr. (Pamela), Carol Robbins and Michael Thompson (Billie); her grandchildren, William J. Thompson III, Michael David Thompson Jr., Nena Lora Davis (Zachary) and Victoria Pauline Thompson; her great grandchild Lexi Robbin Davis; her stepgrandchildren, Serreana (Jerry), Jesse, David (Heidi) and Andrew (Sheila); and her sister Judy Patterson (Jim). She is also survived by numerous nephews and friends.
