She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Heder; her parents, Joseph Poczontko and Anna Poczontko; and her siblings, Raymond Poczontko, Ruth Poczontko and Lillian Petitjean (Edwin).
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Rose (Thomas) and Jeannette Tobin (Anthony); and her grandchildren, Alyssa Wield-Stawicki (Michael), Nathaniel Rose and Jacob Rose. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
