He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Dziatkiewicz and Alice Dziatkiewicz; and his sister Barbara Dziatkiewicz. He is survived by: his wife Julie Dziatkiewicz; and his sisters, Mary and Elizabeth Dziatkiewicz.
