He is survived by: his wife Jackee; his children, Shellee Hayett (Jim), Tiffany and Stacy; his grandchildren, Alyssa (Alex), Morgan, Derek, Ella, Kaelyn and Kyle; his sister Jan; his nephew Dennis Pelton (Jackie); and his niece Judy Hanson. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
