She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kosiba and Grace Kosiba (Birmingham); and her brothers, Thaddeus and Joe Kosiba. She is survived by: her husband Louis; and her children, Bridget Rogers (James), Carl Gagliano, Paula Stavrakakes (Andrew), Mercedes Cernicka (Nick Bartels) and Zachary Cernicka (Raquelle). She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
