He was predeceased by : his parents, William Needles and Rosemary Needles (Brock); and his stepgrandson Donnie Beck. He is survived by : his wife Carol Needles; his daughter Amber Wilke (Matt); his grandsons, Michael, Eli and Alex; his brother Robert Needles (Sue); his stepson Josh Horton; his stepgrandchildren, Rowen and Johana; his stepdaughter Crystal Horton; his stepgrandchildren, Abby and Dalton; his stepchild Ashley Horton; and his stepgrandchild Zada. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Necedah Vets Hall.
In lieu of flowers, Bill would like donations made to Chasing Daylight Animal Shelter in Tomah.
