She was predeceased by: her parents, Shiozo Kariya and Tama Kariya (Ishigama); her husband Richard Kuntz; and her children, Diane Herndon and Danny Kuntz.
She is survived by: her sister Coke Sipes of Ogden; her children, Debbie Sauter of Necedah, WI, Vickee Rose (Gary) of New Lisbon, WI, Donald Kuntz of Camp Douglas, WI, Frank Kuntz of New Lisbon, WI and Dean Kuntz of Necedah, WI.; and her grandchildren, Joey Sauter, Ava Kuntz and Jaxson Kuntz.
