She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Wilz and Donna Cotter; her stepfather Jim Cotter; her in-laws, Russell and Bernice Cross; her grandparents, Richard, Clara Mahoney, Herbert and Helen Wilz; her sister Julie Reich; her siblings-in-law, Christine Diehl and Jerry Heidke; her niece Angela Wilz; her nephews, Brian Wilz and Michael Diehl; and her great-nephew Nicholas Diehl.

She is survived by: her daughters, DeAnn Klein, Amy Fischer (Jeff) and Jaime Farmer (Scott); her grandchildren, Gregory, Paige (Zach), Kayla (Leo), Zachary, Brenna, Ryan and Emileigh; her siblings, Joe Wilz (Brenda), Ted Wilz (Ardys), Jenny Opay (Mike) and Lisa Lykins; her in-laws, Dan Diehl, Mary Larsen (Jim), Barney Cross (Diane) and Robert Cross (Connie); Laikyn and Sully. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Denise's name.
