He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Himstedt and Mary Himstedt (Duman). He is survived by: his sons, Bill Himstedt and Brad Himstedt (Katie); and his grandchildren, Morgan, Owen and Celeste. He is also survived by his cousin, Darlene July; and many other relatives, stepchildren, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be given in Dwight's name to Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs.
