He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl McKenzie and Lucille McKenzie (Maulsby); his former spouse Shirley Meske; his brother Dennis McKenzie; and his sister-in-law Barbara Hesse.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his grandchildren, Jordan, Anna (Isaac), Justus (Stephanie), Zachary (Tabitha) and Hunter (Yusi); his great grandchildren, Elanor, Matthias, Remi and Riley; his stepchildren, Jason Koch (Teresa), Rebecca Ambrosini (Ken) and Paul Koch (Samantha); his stepgrandchildren, Breanna, Hailey, Madeline, Ella, Vincent, Owen, Siena and Lucy; his sister Bonnie Nicholson (Daniel); and his in-laws, Terri McKenzie, Matt Redmann, Kerry Franks (Mike) and William Hesse. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
