He is survived by: his niece Dr. Karen Halle (David); his nephews, Eric Fetzer (Marnie) and Mark Fetzer (Kimberly); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jamie Rasmussen, Elizabeth Fetzer, Olivia, Owen Halle, Lucas and Adeline Fetzer.
