She was predeceased by: her mother Evelyn; her husband Tom; her grandson Tylor Koehn; and her brother Wayne Holmes. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Otto-Koehn, Gregory Otto (Petra), Becky Green (Christopher) and Joel Otto; her grandchildren, Callie, Sophia, Piper, Thomas, Keller, Drew, Klaus and Ramsey; her great grandchildren, Louisa and Murphy; and her sister Karen Ulrich (Roger). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
