He is survived by: his parents, Tony Sr. Neely and Diana Neely (Cates); his daughters, Madeline Neely (Andrew) and Margot Neely; his grandsons, Carmelo and Angelo Marrazzo; his brother Tony Jr. Neely (Tina); his nieces, Kelly Neely (Dan) and Cassidy Neely; his nephew Hunter Devlin; his stepson Nathan Buchanan; his aunts, Patricia and Carolyn; and his uncle Ronald Cates (Barbara). He is also survived by many cousins, in-laws and life-long friends.
