He is survived by: his mother Shirley Payne (Gawlick); his sisters, Kathy Murphy (Chuck Thompson), Nancy Payne (Shawn Smith) and Michelle Blocker (Tony); his sister-in-law Debbie Payne; his nieces and nephews, Ryan Payne, Jena, Justin Murphy (Cassie), Anthony (Jen), Logan Blocker (Karlee), Giovanni (Caitlyn) and Erin Perillo; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ayden, Jameson, Ava Payne, Sage, Remi Murphy, Lorenzo, Vincent, Cecilia Perillo, Archer, Paxton, Josie and Violet Blocker; and his brother-in-law Kelly Murphy. He is also survived by many other relatives and special friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Jeffrey's name.
