He is survived by: his wife June Swietlicki; his son Paul Dorn (Veronica); his grandchildren, Nathan Dorn (Patrick Rogalski), Jon Dorn, Fox and Cameron Dorn; his siblings, Donald (Kathy), Ronald (Virginia), Randy (Debra), Danny (Julie), Larry Dorn (Lola) and Susan Meyer (Dean); his sisters-in-law, Joanne Van Rossum (Stephan), Marie Ostorero and Sonja Petersen; and his caregivers, Ariel Dennis and Jason Gunderman.
