He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wojtowicz and Anne Wojtowicz (Wydra). He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Stephanie, Joseph Jr. (Jessica), David and Brian (Mariana); and his extended family, Stephanie and Miriam. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Joseph's name to St. Joseph's Food Pantry, Menasha, or Vinnie's Pantry, Neenah.
