She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur "Rip" Harder and Myrna Harder (Stacker); her sister Nola Thorson; and her husband Burt. She is survived by: her children, Jeff McBee of Calhoun, GA, Amy Randall (Scott) and Katie Rosenthal-Mayer (Kurt); her grandchildren, Jacob, Morgan, Eli, Carter Randall, Maysun Rosenthal and Maren Mayer; her brother Leon Harder (Pam); and her brother-in-law Wally Thorson. She is also survived by many friends and other family members.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Julie's name.
