We bid farewell to Leonard Wendler of Neenah, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 24, 2025 at the age of 82. Leonard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Wendler and Esther Wendler (Schwartzkopf); and his siblings, Milton, Don, Rose and Barbara.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Sartorius; his sons, Leonard Wendler (Phyllis), Bruce Wendler (Paula), Raymond Wendler (Nancy Kraft-Remmel) and Duane "Dewey" Wendler; and his siblings, Kenneth Wendler, Dennis Wendler (Pam), Ilene Bohlman (Jerry), Beverly Radune (Dave Babcock), Violet Peterson (Chuck) and Alice Bohlman (Frank). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (407 Oak St, Neenah, WI 54956). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
