She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwin R. D. Sr. and Dorothy Elsworth (Clark); her husband David Berrig; her close friend Jack; her siblings, Patricia Nichols and Elwin Elsworth Jr.; her grandson Joshua; and her son-in-law Sam McHugh.

She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Owen, Peggy McHugh, Paula Qualley and Pamela Van Ryzin (Doug); her grandchildren, Heather, Holly, Stacy, Samantha, Shannon, Megan, Carmen, Caitlen, Gena, Jennifer and Craig; and her close friends, Vicky and Ceil. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
